Photo Editing – "when you alter an image file in any way after it has come from your camera that either represents what you actually saw in the scene being photographed, or to achieve a final image that represents your own artistic intentions."
This special interest group addresses image editing, predominantly using Lightroom and the combination of Photoshop/Camera Raw/Bridge; but will also consider editing with Topaz Studio and Luminar AI. We will start with a Basic focus and migrate as the members gain additional editing skills.
During the beginning of the camera club year, we will consider the BASICs of Lightroom and Photoshop. As we progress through the year, we will examine more intermediate level aspects of editing. The meetings will have three portions:
It is expected that meetings will be conducted digitally via Zoom. To participate you will need a computer with a microphone and camera, or a smart tablet. You must pre-register to receive the link to the Zoom meetings.

The order of topics and the schedule below must be regarded as tentative. What we do through the course of the year will depend on the interests and abilities of the SIG members. The order of topics may change but the scheduled dates will remain unchanged.

Meetings: Sept 2021 to June 2022
We will meet the last Wednesday of each month (excluding December) at 7:00 p.m. Edmonton time. Meetings will last approximately 90 minutes. and will be conducted using Zoom.
